Although Planning Offline is supported for 64-bit operating systems, it is not supported for 64-bit Oracle Smart View for Office installations. If you use Planning Offline with Smart View, you must install the 32-bit version of Microsoft Office.
Note:
Planning Offline is support with Oracle Hyperion Planning on-premises only. Planning Offline is not supported with Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud.
