Updating and Viewing an Event Offering Roster
This section describes how you can view the list of people enrolled for a selected event on a roster. You may update enrollment statuses within the roster, if appropriate.
To update or view a roster for a selected offering:
1. Choose the Roster button to see all contacts enrolled for the selected event. The following fields appear.
Enrolled: The number enrolled under this contact's name.
Status: The enrollment status for this contact. Select the list of values in the status field to view your options.
Unless you are the Events Administrator, there are a few restrictions to the status changes you can make. For example, you cannot change the status of a Wait Listed contact to Confirmed.
Once an event is complete, the Event Administrator can update the roster to reflect actual attendance by changing Enrolled and Confirmed guests to Attended or No Show. Use the Walk-in status to add contacts who enroll on the day of the event.
Date: The date the contact enrolled for the event.
Payment: Enter any fees collected from the contact.
Attended: The number of guests who attended the event under this contact's name. This number defaults to the number enrolled. You can change this, if necessary.
2. Choose Save on the toolbar to add the updated enrrollment to the database.
