Defining Cotermination Dates
You can use Oracle Service's cotermination feature to set the same end date for all service programs sold to a particular customer or grouped into a particular system.
To define a coterminate date for a customer:
1. Navigate to the
Customer Coterminate Date window.
2. Choose a Customer Name.
Note
: You can only choose an active customer name.
3. Enter a Coterminate Day and Month.
4. Save your work.
