Physical Inventory Comparison Report

Use the Physical Inventory Comparison Report to display the results of the Physical Inventory Comparison. The report shows discrepancies between the physical inventory data and the Oracle Assets production data, highlighting differences in the location and the number of units. The information in this report is the same as the information you receive when you choose Submit in the Physical Inventory Comparison window. You can run this report for the entire physical inventory, or specify only certain locations or categories.

Note: This report is available only as a Report eXchange report. You cannot run this report using the Submit Requests window.

Selected Headings

Inventory Name: The name of the physical inventory from which you ran this report.

Status: Indicates the status of the asset after the comparison. If the asset has a status of NEW, it indicates the asset has not been compared.

Unit Adjustment: Indicates whether you need to adjust the number of units listed for the asset. If there is no value in this field, the entry has not been compared.

Location Adjustment: Indicates whether you need to change the location of the asset. If the value is NULL, the entry has not been compared.
