Mass Revaluation Preview and Review Reports
Use the Mass Revaluation Preview Report to preview the effects of a mass revaluation before you perform it. You must run this report to preview the effect of a mass revaluation before you perform it. If you modify the revaluation definition, you must run this report again before you can run the revaluation. Use the Mass Revaluation Review Report to review the effect of a mass revaluation on your assets.
For assets revalued separately from their category, both reports print the revaluation rate used for the asset. For assets where you have chosen to override the default revaluation rules for the book, the reports print the rules you specified beneath the asset to which they apply. The rules which appear on this line are:
- Revaluation Rate for the category as a percentage
- Whether to Revalue Fully Reserved assets in this category
- Maximum Times you allow assets to be revalued as fully reserved in this category
Both reports print the Life, Revalued Cost, Depreciation Reserve, and Revaluation Reserve before and after the revaluation. Both reports are sorted by category and asset number.
You can submit the Mass Revaluation Preview Report from the Mass Revaluation form by choosing the Preview button for a revaluation definition with status New or Updated. You can submit the Mass Revaluation Review Report from the Mass Revaluation form by choosing the Review button for a revaluation definition with status Completed.

<Flag>: An asterisk (*) appears if the new life for a fully reserved asset is not defined for the asset's depreciation method, and it did not create the life.
