Collection Plans for Transactional Data Collection
You can create collection plans that can be used to collect quality data you enter transactions in other applications. In general, these collection plans have only one requirement -- that they be associated with the a transaction in another product. However, collection plans that are used to inspect received items in purchasing have additional requirements.
