This is a text description of open.gif, which shows the Make a Selection window. 
This window contains a text field where you can enter the name of an annotation 
to open, a pull-down menu where you can select recently opened annotations, and 
a Browse button, which opens a window where you can select an annotation file. 
Click OK to open the annotation or Cancel to close the window without opening 
a file.
