This is a text description of selectme.gif, which shows the Make a Selection window, 
which contains two areas. The top half of the window contains the Create New Annotation 
area, where you specify if the new annotation will be created from a specific 
media source file or if it will be an empty annotation of a specified type. The 
bottom half of the window is only active if you are creating an annotation from 
a media source file. Specify the media source file by typing the path into the 
text field or clicking the Browse button and selecting a file.
