WAIT_MASTER_LOG Procedure

This procedure determines whether changes that were asynchronously propagated to a master site have been applied.

Syntax

DBMS_REPCAT.WAIT_MASTER_LOG (
   gname          IN    VARCHAR2, 
   record_count   IN    NATURAL, 
   timeout        IN    NATURAL, 
   true_count     OUT   NATURAL);

Parameters

Parameter  Description 
gname
 

Name of the master group. 

record_count
 

Procedure returns whenever the number of incomplete activities is at or below this threshold. 

timeout
 

Maximum number of seconds to wait before the procedure returns. 

true_count
(out parameter)
 

Returns the number of incomplete activities.
