Confidence wants to make intelligent use of the XML files once they're uploaded to their corporate repository.

They'd like their agents to work disconnected, logging claims as needed, then upload the finished claims to a central company server. Once there, Confidence would like to automatically generate alerts, put the file into the proper approval chain, and use the content of the file for real-time reporting.
