OO4O C++ Class Library Requirements

Design Time

The OO4O In-Process Automation Server requires an application that supports OLE Automation such as:

· Visual Basic 4.x and later (Standard or Professional)

· Excel 5.x and later

· Access 2.x and later

The Oracle Data Control requires Visual Basic 4.x and later (Standard or Professional). The Oracle Objects for OLE C++ Class Library requires Microsoft Visual C++ Version 6.X or later. Neither the OLE SDK nor OLE development knowledge is necessary

Run Time

· For 32-bit platforms, Windows 95/98/2000 or Windows NT.

· A local or remote Oracle database.

· Oracle networking if connecting to a remote Oracle database.

· Microsoft OLE 2.0.1 or greater run time files (included with the Oracle Objects for OLE installation).
