Remarks
These methods construct a new OClient instance.
The default constructor constructs an unopened OClient object. It cannot fail.
The copy constructor copies another OClient object. If that other OClient object is open - which means it is a handle on an implementation client
object - the new OClient object becomes a handle to that same client object. The copy constructor can
fail; check whether the new OClient is open after the constructor call.
There is no Open method for the OClient class. To get an open OClient, call one of the GetClient methods.
