This is a screenshot of an information page in the Employee Benefit Application. It contains three
sections:
- The Employee Details section lists the following information about the queried employee:
- Employee ID
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email
- Phone Number
- Hire Date
- Job
- The Elected Benefits section contains a list of the queried employee's benefits.
- The Actions section contains the following links:
- Add benefits to the employee
- Remove benefits from the employee
- Query other employee
- Home
