Use the Create Baseline wizard to capture a database's object definitions in a baseline. You can: Capture the state of a database periodically in order to keep a historical record of changes. Capture the state in case you want to return to the state later. Extract the DDL corresponding to the state of object definitions, for example, to review or import into a CASE tool.
