CWM2_OLAP_MEASURE, 4 of 12
Each procedure first checks the calling user's security privileges. The calling user must be the cube owner and must have the
OLAP_DBA role. If the calling user does not meet the security requirements, the procedure fails with an exception.
Each procedure then checks for the existence of the cube specified by
cube_name within the OLAP 2 Catalog. All procedures return an error if the cube does not already exist.
Each procedure then checks for the existence of the measure specified by
measure_name. All procedures, except
CREATE_MEASURE, return an error if the measure does not already exist for this cube.
You can specify arguments in lower case, upper case, or mixed case.
If the argument is a metadata entity name (for example,
measure_name) or a value that will be used in further processing by other procedures, the procedure converts the argument to upper case. For all other arguments, the case that you specify is retained.
