This manual introduces Oracle Enterprise Manager and describes the architecture and concepts required to use the product effectively to manage your Oracle environment.
This manual is intended for all users of Oracle Enterprise Manager.

The architecture of the Enterprise Manager framework provides a high level of flexibility and functionality.
