Viewing Participant Responses

The Participant Responses page shows information about closed response-required notifications for a workflow. For example, you can use this page to view individual responses to a voting activity.

The page displays the workflow type internal name and item key as well as the following details for the selected workflow:

The Notification Responses region lists the closed response-required notifications for the workflow. For each notification, the list displays the notification subject, respondent, comment, and response value.

You can also select the Return link to return to the previous page, or choose Activity History, Status Diagram, or Workflow Details in the side navigation to navigate to the corresponding Status Monitor page.

Note: The Participant Responses page lists only closed response-required notifications. To view information-only (FYI) notifications or unanswered response-required notifications, view the complete activity history for the workflow. See: Viewing Activity History.

Viewing Notification Response Details

The Notification Response Details page displays the following details about the selected response:

The Additional Response Information region lists any further response values requested in the notification in addition to the result response.

Select the Return link to return to the previous page, or choose Activity History, Status Diagram, or Workflow Details in the side navigation to navigate to the corresponding Status Monitor page.
