This graphic illustrates the various keypad commands within the Oracle Voicemail & Fax main menu. Seven primary menu commands options are available: Press 1 to listen to new voice mail messages; press 3 to listen to saved or previously listened to voice mail messages; press 4 to create and send a new message; press 5 to set personal options; press 0 to speak with an operator; press 9 to repeat the menu options; or press * to terminate the call.

Four of the primary menu commands have associated submenus, as follows:

While listening to new voice mail messages, press 7 to delete the message; press 1 to listen to the next message; press 2 to repeat the message; press 3 to reply to the message; press 4 to forward the message; or press 8 for more options.

While listening to saved or previously listened to voice mail messages, press 7 to delete the message; press 1 to listen to the next message; press 2 to repeat the message; press 3 to reply to the message; press 4 to forward the message; or press 8 for more options.

While creating and sending new voice mail messages, press 1 to review the message; press 2 to address the message to recipient; press 4 to send the message with regular priority; press 6 to mark the message as urgent; or press 8 for more options. While setting personal options, press 1 to record your voice mail greeting; press 2 to activate a greeting; press 3 to change your Oracle Voicemail & Fax password.
