Clusterware Event metric is used to receive configuration or state change events from Clusterware. Enterprise Manager processes events from database related resources (like RAC instances, listeners, ASM, services, and so on) and makes necessary reconfiguration or state changes of corresponding targets. No user action is required for this metric
