C Oracle Real-Time Collaboration Log Files

Oracle Real-Time Collaboration provides the log files shown in Table C-1. All directories shown in this table are stored in the $ORACLE_HOME/imeeting/logs directory.

To view the log files interactively, log in to Oracle Messenger as a business administrator and choose Logs under the System tab. See "Oracle Real-Time Collaboration System Logs" for more information about viewing the log Web pages.

Directory Name Contents

/application

Log files from the Oracle Real-Time Collaboration Web Client, supported by the OC4J_imeeting application. Top directory includes XML application log files with events not belonging to any user sessions.

/application/app_sessions

XML log files for user sessions running the Oracle Real-Time Collaboration Web Client, grouped by date (MM.DD.YYYY).

/application/site_logs/

XML log files for users running the Web Client on a particular site, grouped by date (MM.DD.YYYY).

/connmgr

Client Connection Manager log files (ASCII).

/imHaProcess

Log files for the High Availability process management for the Oracle Presence Server.

/imrtr

Log files for the Oracle Presence Server, including an XML log file, and ASCII log files for errors (imtr*.log), statistics (stats*.log), chat conferences (tc*.log), and JDS Directory Service calls (ds*.log).

/mx

Multiplexer log files (ASCII).

/rdtr

Redirector log files (ASCII).

/rtcctl

XML log files for rtcctl commands.

/rtcpm

Process Manager log files, including directories containing log files for each of the child processes managed by the Process Manager: confsvr (Oracle Web Conferencing Server), connmgr (Connection Manager), imrtr (Oracle Presence Server), mx (Multiplexer), rdtr (Redirector), and voiceproxy (Voice Proxy Server).

/servers

XML log files for Oracle Real-Time Collaboration server process events that do not belong to any meeting. Logs are grouped by date (MM.DD.YYYY).

/sessions

XML log files for conference sessions, grouped by date (MM.DD.YYYY).

/voiceproxy

Voice Proxy Server log files (ASCII).
