Siebel Assignment Manager

Siebel Assignment Manager is used to assign the most qualified people to specific tasks. This is accomplished by matching candidates to predefined and user-configurable assignment objects. To assign the most qualified candidate to each object, Siebel Assignment Manager applies assignment rules that you define.

You can customize the way Assignment Manager makes assignments by defining how attributes will be matched or by creating and configuring your own components. Assignment Manager can be run in different modes to process assignments interactively in real time, dynamically when database changes are made by connected or mobile users, or periodically assigning objects in batches.
