Recording Customer Appeals or Grievances (End User)
End users can record customer complaints.
To record a new customer complaint
- Navigate to the Service screen > Service Request List view.
- In the Service Requests list, add a record and drill down on the SR #.
- In the Service Request form, complete the necessary fields.
- Click the Appeals & Grievances view tab.
- In the Complaint Detail form, complete the necessary fields.
