Obtaining Error Details from Siebel Handheld Synchronization Sessions
The Conflict Administration view allows you to obtain details of sync errors that occur during individual sync sessions.
NOTE: Audit Trail needs to be enabled to collect data in this view. For more information, see Applications Administration Guide
To obtain synchronization error details
- From the application-level menu, select Navigate > Site Map > Administration-Mobile > Conflict Administration.
- In the Transactions list, select the appropriate record, and then click the Error Details view tab.
- In the Error Details list, select or query for the desired record.
