Installing Print Templates in the Siebel Handheld Install Directory

If your application allows printing, you must include all print templates in the template subdirectory of the Siebel Handheld Install directory. The print templates are language-specific, so copy the templates to the template subdirectory within the language directory of the language you are deploying (for example, ...\ENU\Template). If the template includes double byte characters, such as Japanese string, you must save the template files as Unicode (UTF16) files.
