Associating Contacts with Activities in Sales Handheld


When you add an activity to your calendar, you may also want to have a record of contacts who will be participating in the activity.

To associate contacts with activities

  1. Navigate to the Activities screen.

    The My Activities list appears.

  2. In the My Activities list, select the activity with which a contact will be associated.
  3. From the Show drop-down list, select Contacts.
  4. In the Activity Contacts view, tap to select the Contacts list, and then from the File menu, select New Record.
  5. In the Add Contacts dialog box, select the contacts, and then tap OK.
