Setting the Customer Value Icon

In addition to the customer value assessment tool described in Creating Customer Assessments, there is an alternative customer value measurement device in Siebel Healthcare.

The customer value icon is a series of five stars visible on the contact form. The number of stars activated indicates the perceived value of the contact.

To adjust the customer value stars

• From the Contacts > More Info view, adjust the value in the Tier field.
