Claims Inquiries


End users can use the Command Center on the Members Summary view to respond to claims inquires and quickly navigate to the Members Claims view.

To view claims information

  1. Navigate to the Members screen.
  2. In the Members list, drill down on the last name of the member.
  3. Click the Summary view tab.
  4. In the Command Center form, in the Area field drop-down list, select Claims Inquiries.
  5. In the Action field drop-down list, select View Claims Info.
  6. Click Go.

    The Members Claims view appears.
