FSC Max	The default maximum value for the category.	Property Admin > Category
FSC Physical Area	The defined physical area for the category.	Property Admin > Category
Property UoM	The Unit of Measure used by the hotel (in square feet or square meters).	Property Admin > Category
FSC Description	The description entered for the category.	Property Admin > Category
FSC Back-Up Required	This field indicates whether backup space is required for the category.	Property Admin > Category
Bypass Fit	This field indicates whether the space is included in the best fit/next fit availability process.	Property Admin > Category
Suite	This field indicates whether this category is of type suite.	Property Admin > Category
Start Date	The date that the category is available for taking bookings.	Property Admin > Category
End Date	The date that the category is no longer part of the inventory.	Property Admin > Category

Usable Area (sq. ft./sq. meter)	The usable area of the specific space. It may be less than the physical area.	Property Admin > Specific Space
