Making Solutions Available
Solutions are created and administered using the Solutions Administration screen.
For information on creating and administering solutions, FAQs, and resolution documents, see the section on solutions and service requests in Applications Administration Guide.
To make solutions available
- Navigate to Solution Administration > Solutions.
The Solutions list appears.
- Select a solution to publish.
- In the form below the Solutions list, select one of the following check boxes:
- Publish Internal to make a solution available to your employees.
- Publish External to make a solution available to your customers.
