Prerequisites for Managing Samples

Administrators. Before you can set up Siebel Samples Management, you must first define your products. For more information, see Managing Products for Life Sciences.

End-users. Before they can drop samples, they must configure personal lists of the products they detail, the products they distribute as samples, and the products they provide as promotional items before they can record information about contact calls or account calls.
