Using the Resource Requests Screen


The Resource Requests screen is organized to help users maximize their productivity. It provides the following filtered views of the Resource Requests list (these filters can be accessed by using the Show drop-down list):

  • Unassigned Resource Requests. Shows the resource requests where the Owner field is currently blank.
  • My Resource Requests. Shows the resource requests where the Owner field is equal to the current user.
  • My Submitted Resource Requests. Shows the resource requests where the Requested By field is equal to the current user.
  • All Resource Requests. Shows an unfiltered resource request list.

NOTE:  You can use any of these views in the procedures that follow.
