About Creating or Modifying an Employee
Because the synchronization level for employees is Export Only, you must add or modify employees in the Siebel application. Do not add or modify employees in Microsoft Outlook. After adding an employee in the Siebel application, be sure to designate the record for synchronization, as described in Designating Employee Records for Synchronization. Related Topic
