Installing the Siebel Server

If you have installed the Hummingbird software on your machine, the Siebel Mobile Client Installer detects a registry key. The installer displays the following question prompt:

Do you want to configure a SearchServer?

If you select the default value of YES, the Siebel Installer replaces the SearchInstallDir in the Name Server shared memory with the correct path.
