Adding Responsibilities for Store-and-Forward Messaging

The following two responsibilities are related to Store-and-Forward Messaging system administrator or users. To set up responsibilities, see Security Guide for Siebel eBusiness Applications.

• SMQ User. Allows access to the Store-and-Forward Messaging administration views and certain Siebel Handheld administration views.

  NOTE:  You must add this responsibility to the System Administrator user.

• Field Technician - Handheld. Allows access to the Service Handheld application views.

  NOTE:  You must add this responsibility to both the System Administrator and the users of the Siebel Service Handheld application.
