Relationship of Agents and Telesets for Siebel Contact On Demand


If you use the Siebel Contact On Demand application to provide your agents with voice functionality, then you associate the agents with telesets in the Siebel Contact On Demand application. However, you must specify at least one teleset in the Siebel application, such as Siebel Call Center, which you integrate with Siebel Contact On Demand. You must then associate all agents of the Siebel application who are going to use the voice functionality of the Siebel Contact On Demand application with this teleset. The teleset and the agents must all be associated with the communication configuration that you define for use with the Siebel Contact On Demand application.
