Coalescing the Appointment Booking System

This task is a step in Process of Setting Up Scheduling.

You can improve appointment schedules by coalescing the ABS; time gaps are removed from between booked appointments. This asynchronous request is carried out for one service region at a time.

To coalesce the ABS

1. Navigate to the Administration - Scheduling screen > Service Region List view.
2. In the Service Regions list, select a service region.
3. Click Coalesce ABS.
