Adding Forecast Details
Occasionally, the forecast that has been created does not include each of the revenue items that it should. Additional revenue records can be added manually.
The list of records that can be added is determined by the Associate Search Spec of the forecast series, see Creating Search Specifications for Forecast Series.
To add forecast details
- Navigate to the Forecasts screen.
- In the Forecasts list, drill down on the forecast to which details will be added.
- In the Details view, add a new record.
- In the Add Revenue Items dialog box, select the appropriate revenue item and click OK.
NOTE: End users can add many revenue items at the same time by holding down CTRL or SHIFT and selecting the appropriate items. End users can also run a query and select each of the returned records.
