Data Manipulation and Logic Tags

The following tags are used to manipulate data, perform logical calculations and queries on print data output:

• Concat Tag—Appends or prepends a string to a string already stored in a variable
• Conditional Tags—Enable the conditional output of print data

  NOTE:  Double quote characters—Can be used in values, provided they are preceded by a leading backslash.

• sql (WHERE) Tag—Used in various tags to perform a simple query on the underlying print data
• Variable Parameter Tags—Are accepted for Applet, Header, and Footer tags
