Changing Bookings in the Function Space Diary

Bookings can be changed directly from the Function Space Diary in any of the following ways:

• Category bookings can be assigned to specific space bookings.
• Out of Order and Unavailable function space designations can be deleted.
• Bookings can be changed to reserved, unreserved, optioned, and so on.

NOTE:  Administrators can customize the application to allow users to block function spaces directly from within the Function Space Diary. For this purpose, the following parameters are available in the eHospitalityObjMgr_enu.log file: Function Space Name, Property Name, and Date and Times.
