Adding Function Agenda Line Items to an Event Opportunity

The Function Agenda line Items list provides the details such as service and products required for each function on the agenda.

This task is a step in Adding a Function Agenda and Line Items to an Event Opportunity.

To add function agenda line items to an agenda

  1. Navigate to the Opportunities screen > Opportunities List view.
  2. In the Opportunities list, select the opportunity, and click the link in the Opportunity Name field.
  3. In the Function Agenda list, select the function agenda record.
  4. Scroll down to the Agenda Line Items list, and add a record.
  5. Complete the fields, and save the record.

    The following table describes some of the fields.



    Unit of measure for the product—for example, one gallon of coffee.

    Service Start

    Service start time of catered products. The default is the function start time, but the user can change this value.


    Quantity of items based on the unit of measure (UoM).


    A description of the function agenda line item.
