Creating Generic Room Blocks

Use the Product Administration screen to create generic room blocks.

This task is a step in Process of Setting Up Products and Assets.

To create a generic room block

1. Navigate to the Administration - Product screen > Products list.
2. In the Products list, click New and Release to create a new product record.
3. In the new record, select Generic Room Block in the Type field.
4. Complete the remaining fields and save the record.

   NOTE:  The Generic Room Block option can be chosen in the opportunity Room Block Line Item view.
