Generating and Printing a Function Space Products Report

Perform the steps in the following procedure to generate and print a Function Space Products report.

This task is a step in Process of Administering Hospitality Reports.

To generate and print a Function Space Products report

1. Navigate to the Property Administration screen > Category view.
2. From the toolbar, click the Reports button.
3. In the Select a Report menu, click Function Space Products Report.
4. In the dialog box that appears, enter the name of the property for which you want the report, and then click Finish.

   The Function Space Products report is generated in a Siebel Report Viewer window.

5. Scroll through the pages to view the details for each category and its specific spaces.
6. Click the Print Setup button to display a standard Windows print dialog box.
7. Choose appropriate printer settings, and then click OK.
