Siebel Loyalty and Siebel Remote

The transaction logging that is used by Oracle's Siebel Remote is not supported for the tables that are updated by the Loyalty engine.

This applies to all the business components included in the LOY Engine Updater business object. The Log Changes property has been set to FALSE on these business components and should not be changed.
