Displaying the Offer Analysis (Response) Charts

The Offer Analysis chart shows the total number of responses for each offer based on the offer associated with the response. Before you can create this chart, you must verify that the correct offer is associated with the response.

To verify the correct offer is associated with the response

Perform the following tasks before generating the chart:

1. Navigate to the Responses screen.
2. For each response to campaigns featuring the offer, make sure the correct offer is associated with the response by reviewing the response record's Offer field.
