Add a favorite to the active quote. External.

NOTE:  AddFavoriteToOrder, AddFavoriteItemtoQuote, AddFavoriteItemtoOrder, SaveQuoteAsFavorite, and SaveOrderAsFavorite have similar syntax and logic to AddFavoriteToQuote.
