Customizing the URL Protocol to Use HTTPS

You can customize the URL protocol to use HTTPS (Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure). For more information, see Setting the URL for the Siebel Server.

To customize the URL protocol to use HTTPS

1. Open a DOS command line interface, and then type regedit.exe.
2. Set the Siebel:Protocol registry parameter to https.
