Creating Product Field Service Details and Measurements

You provide information about how to replace a defective part with substitute parts in the Administration - Product screen, Product Service Details view. Most field service information is entered when creating products in the Products view, but Inventory Options and Substitute Products are managed in the Product Field Service Details view.

The Administration - Product screen, Measurements view is used to define which measurements field service personnel should make and what the parameters of those measurements should be.
