Setting Up Products with Recurring Prices

Some products involve recurring prices. For example, customers pay a monthly fee for telephone service. For more information, see the section about multiple price types in Siebel Pricing Administration Guide.

To set up a product with recurring prices

1. Navigate to the Administration - Product screen, and then the Products view.
2. In the Products list, select the desired product.
3. In the More Info form, confirm that the fields are filled out appropriately, as described in the following table:

   Field	Comments
   Price Type	Confirm that this is set to Recurring.
   Unit of Measure	Confirm that this is set to an appropriate value for a recurring price, such as Per Month.
   Service Product	Confirm that this check box is selected.
