Removing Items from Expense Reports


The following procedure explains how to remove a line item from an expense report and return it to the My Expense Diary view.

NOTE:  This procedure requires that the status of the selected expense report is set to In Progress.

To remove an item from an expense report

  1. Navigate to the Expense Reports screen.
  2. Drill down on the Name field hyperlink for an expense report record from which you want to remove an item.
  3. In the Line Items list, select the item that you want to remove from the report and return to your expense diary.
  4. In the Line Items list, click Menu, and then click Unreport.

    NOTE:  Although the expense item is no longer associated with this expense report, it is not deleted. To see the expense item, go to the My Expense Diary view.
