Closing and Reopening a Case
This task is a step in Process of Managing Investigative Cases.
After assessing the case records, you can close a case, or reopen closed cases.
To close or reopen a case
- Navigate to the Cases screen > Case List view.
- Select a record and change the value in the Status field to Closed or Active.
NOTE: When you select Closed from the Status field, all the case fields become read only.
